TERMS & CONDITIONS
ONLINE SALES: Fill your cart with your desired items. Provide your contact information at the end of the process. Scallywag's will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the condition of your purchases and accept payment over the phone from you.
We will pull your items for you to pick up within 48 hours at our warehouse entrance.
At the time of pick up, we will ask you to make a final inspection of your items. If you are content that they meet your requirements, we will load them into your vehicle and off you go.
If something does not meet your requirements, we will refund your credit card for that item. To make this happen, the person purchasing these items needs to be at the warehouse and must have the credit card used if you expect to receive a refund for any items you choose not to keep.
Once you have accepted receipt of your items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! WE OFFER NO REFUND OR RETURN POLICY ON ANY ITEM AFTER IT HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE!
All of the furniture and decor items you see here are used, some more than others. For this reason we require that you see the items first hand and inspect each for any defects, flaws, or blemishes they may have before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! WE OFFER NO REFUND OR RETURN POLICY ON ANY ITEM!
We do offer, for your convenience, a layaway plan. We require 50% down payment on any layaway and ask that you complete the sale within 1 week. If you do not complete the sale, we will retain 25% of the sale price for the loss of sales time. We consider layaway's to be a purchase, not your opportunity to "decide". Layaway is not available for online purchases.
In store purchases, we will keep items in the store for up to 7 days after you complete your purchase. During this time, please make arrangements for pick-up and delivery. Any time beyond 7 days, we will charge you $10 per day storage fee per item before we will release your items.
Online purchases, we will keep your items in the store for 48 hours after the completed sale for you to approve and pickup. If we do not see you within the 48 hours, we will return the items to the sales floor.
Should this happen, you still need to present us with the credit card used for us to be able to make a refund to you.
We do not offer delivery. We will be happy to put you in touch with reputable companies that have given Scallywag's and our consignors very good rates for local deliveries. You can work out the details with them.
Please bring everything you will need to transport your items when you come to pick them up. We do not keep ties, straps, padding, or other necessary transportation items available in the store. We will help you load your items, but beyond that, they are your responsibility.
